MAI recently hosted a special ceremony titled "𝐇𝐑𝐒 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭" to highlight its people and culture initiatives, focusing on industry and community engagement, while honoring long-serving employees.

 The event also marked the launch of the 𝐀𝐢𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦  under the 𝐌𝐀𝐈 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, in partnership with 𝐌 𝐇𝐨𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 & 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐦 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐞 (𝐌𝐇𝐓𝐢).

 Additionally, through the 𝐌𝐀𝐈 𝐖𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞 program, the airline announced new social responsibility initiatives, supporting organizations.
