MAI (8M) has enhanced its network within Myanmar on a codeshare basis with our sister airlines, Air KBZ (K7). With our network expansion, 8M passengers are now able to book schedule marketing flights operated by K7 under 8M 4-digit marketing flight numbers (4000 series).

K7 was established in June 2010 to cater the growing demands of domestic air travel in Myanmar operates 10 ATR72s consisting of 9 ATR-72 600s and 1 ATR-72 500 - and currently is the largest ATR operator in the country.

With this enhancement, 8M passengers are now able to connect seamlessly to 15 domestic destinations in Myanmar from K7's hub in Yangon (RGN), including Nyaung U – Bagan (NYU), Mandalay (MDL), Heho (HEH), Nay Pyi Taw (NYT), Thandwe – Ngapali Beach (SNW), Kawthaung (KAW), Loikaw (LIW), Kalay (KMV), Myitkyina (MYT), Lashio (LSH), Tachileik (THL), Dawei (TVY), Sittwe (AKY) and Myeik (MGZ).
